Since September 2024, l’avvocato Giacomo Fagotto – admitted to the Bar Association of Trieste, Italy (albo degli avvocati di Trieste – Albo degli Avvocati | Ordine degli Avvocati di Trieste) – has been working with EUSTACCHIO. For legal support of their Italian clients and in matters of Italian law, EUSTACCHIO relies on his valuable legal expertise.

In June 2024, at the age of 26, Mr Fagotto passed the Italian bar exam for the legal profession at the Court of Appeal of Trieste.

Before becoming an Italian Avvocato he trained in a law office in Trieste/Italy between 2022 and 2023.

In March 2022 Mr Fagotto completed his studies in Italian law at the University of Trento/Italy.

Study visits took him to the University of Passau in Germany, where he specialised in German criminal law, and to the Karl-Franzens University in Graz/Austria (research visit).

Mr. Avv. Fagotto is specialised in civil and commercial law as well as white-collar criminal law. In his comparative law doctoral thesis he deals with the differences in juvenile criminal law in Austria and Italy, both in terms of criminal procedure law and in relation to the penal system.
